Our Story

Established in 2016 by Vietnamese-Canadian entrepreneur Lien Nguyen, Poop Café is North America's first poop-themed dessert bar. Inspired by a visit to Taiwan's Modern Toilet restaurant, Nguyen envisioned bringing a playful and unconventional dining experience to Toronto's Koreatown.

At Poop Café, guests are invited to indulge in a whimsical atmosphere where toilet humor meets delectable desserts. The café features toilet-shaped seating and serves treats in miniature toilet bowls, embracing a lighthearted approach to dining. Signature offerings include Korean bingsu, bubble waffles, and milkshakes, all presented with a cheeky twist. 

Beyond its novelty, Poop Café aims to challenge social taboos and encourage patrons to find joy in the unexpected. By combining humor with culinary delights, the café offers a unique experience that delights both the young and the young at heart.
